Personal Brand Explained
Every person has their own unique Personal brand. At the moment that a person becomes active within the organisation, the Personal brand will represent the organisation for which this person works. The influence generated by a Personal brand depends on the persons position within the organisation. A seller and an expert within the same organisation have different Personal brands with which they represent organisation.
Personal brands strengthen the Service brand or the Company brand through the use of their personality and expertise. Personal Brands create the human face of an organisation. A Personal brand that represents a Service brand, is in general a person who undertakes the role of an advisor. While a Personal brand of a Company brand, is in general a person who undertakes the role of a seller.
The Personal brand profiles itself as a brand of a Service or Company brand. Next month, the Personal brand can belong to another Service or Company brand.
